Patient Information: Support for sharing of address data with multiple people in a family for easy entry and update, sharing of phone numbers with no practical limit to the number of phone numbers per patient, no practical limit to the number of other parties you can link to a patient for easy identification of related parties, and much more.
Patient Insurance Data: When entering patient insurance, create insurances 'on the fly'. Enjoy support for filing of claims with past and present insurance simultaneously, simple correction of multiple invoices assigned an incorrect insurance, and more.
Data Entry: Extensive system level claim and procedure defaults for those easy to forget but necessary pieces of data. If you need a diagnosis during data entry, simply create it 'on the fly'. Procedure codes can also be simply created during entry.
Data Viewing: Easy one key switching from different views. Press F4 to view comments and appointments, F5 to view patient insurance, F6 to switch to invoices and more. Pull up the guarantor view with F9 and see 30,60,90 and 120 day totals for all the patients assigned to a guarantor. And much more.
Electronic Claim Support: Convenient and dependable direct claim submission to Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross with direct retrieval of acknowledgement reports from Medicare and Blue Cross. Auto-posting of remittance advice. HCFA 1500's can be sent to disk for support to other electronic options.
Invoice Posting: With remittance advice, auto-post your Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross claims. For invoices that aren't auto-posted, press F2 and enter the invoice code and jump immediately to that invoice. Then press F3 and enter amount, deductible, allowed amount and post it all at once.
Reporting: Extensive report options including previewing any report on screen without printing, insurance aging, account aging, patient balance, patient profile, guarantor balance and of course much more. Customized report options are available for virtually any kind of report desired.
Appointments: Make appointments on your choice of time interval ( 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 minutes and so on). Find next open appointment with click of a button. Even enter a new patient from the appointment view and more.
