• Yes it is true.  Thanks to 5010, you no longer get a human readable audit trail from Medicare.  You will download what is called a '999' and a '277CA'.
• You can use the '5010 Viewer' program supplied with the update to view these files.  You can also print the errors indicated in the '277CA'.
